2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“Smoky oak and firm, grippy tannins rise to the front of the palate in this reserve-tier wine. It is 100% varietal and sourced from multiple vineyards. This black fruit is complemented by cedar and dried herb atop a velvety smooth texture.” -V.B.
2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“Wonderfully refined, sumptuous and complex. Notes of dense ripe red fruits, generous blackcurrants and warm spice with cedar wood, tobacco, dark plum and chocolate. Powerful and rich yet with real elegance and finesse.”
2018 Charlotte's Home Sauvignon Blanc
“This crisp white is steely and bright in acidity. A core of pear, fig and mint shows a creaminess on the midpalate that remains balanced and fruit forward through the finish.” - V.B.

2016 Old Vines Zinfandel
"Delicious Zin! Fleshy, full bodied, smoothly textured, and very well balanced, with excellent depth of fruit (blackberry, cherry, boysenberry), and overtones of cedar, pepper, and oak. Long aftertaste. Great value. 98% Zin, 2% Syrah. Aged 18 months in 80% French and, 20% American oak barrels." - R.W.
2016 Russian River Pinot Noir
“Exceptional, and a terrific value: medium rich, full bodied, and finely flavored (raspberry, cherry, black tea, red currant, red licorice, toasty oak), this is a Pinot Noir with excellent balance and a very long finish. Can be aged a bit. Aged 21 months in French oak barrels, 35% new.” - R.W.
2018 Charlotte's Home Sauvignon Blanc
"This generous Sauvignon’s lemon pith flavors cut its passion-fruit sweetness. It’s creamy enough for chicken in a buttery caper sauce." - J.G.
2016 Chalk Hill Chardonnay
“...creamy, lush layers of baked apple and pear. Voluptuous in style, it provides a backbone of balanced acidity.”
2015 Alexander's Crown Cabernet Sauvignon
“The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander's Crown is a very pretty, nuanced wine. In this vintage, it is much more refined than it has been in the past, which is great to see. Bright floral notes, sweet red-toned fruit and silky tannins give the 2015 an air of classiness that is impossible to miss. If this is the direction these wines are headed in, the future at Rodney Strong is very bright.” - A.G.
2015 Rowen Red Wine Blend
"The 2015 Red Wine is an intriguing blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah and Viognier. Bold and punchy, it offers plenty of immediacy. A rush of super-ripe red cherry, plum, rose petal, spice, white chocolate, hard candy and mint builds in the glass. Plush and enveloping, with soft curves, the 2015 is sure to be a crowd-pleaser."
2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve from Rodney Strong is gorgeous. Black cherry, plum, chocolate, spice, leather and new French oak are front and center in a racy, voluptuous, flamboyant Cabernet that will drink well with minimal cellaring.” - A.G.
2015 Rockaway Cabernet Sauvignon
“Medium to medium-dark ruby; attractive, deep, ripe, intense, dark cherry, cassis, and blackberry fruit aroma with hints of dried herbs and mocha; full body; forward, deep, ripe red and black fruit flavors with hints of dark chocolate and baking spice, well integrated oak, and plummy richness in the mouthfeel; full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Very approachable and drinkable now, though best to bottle age for several more years. Very highly recommended.”
