"A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot from the 2,040 foot-elevation Cooley Ranch Sky High Vineyard, this is named for the 600-liter barrel in which the wine is fermented. Salt and oak tones support a wealth of black fruit and crushed rock flavors. It is supple and complex in structure, with years to go in the bottle. Enjoy from 2026 - 2031."
