Our newly designed venue space, intricately carved out of a working cellar, offers our guests the opportunity to celebrate their private gatherings in a part of the original winery building. With towering, historic oak tanks on one side, and a barrel wall on the other, The Cellar Door room features an expansive custom-built, artisanal hand-crafted table, made from the reclaimed oak of a decommissioned tank, with seating for up to 25. This multipurpose space is ideal for events such as an intimate dinner, curated tasting, corporate offsite seminar or private luncheon. Our newly redesigned space manages to combine elegance with an authentic Sonoma farmhouse feel. Soothing and smartly appointed, this venue features both lounge and bar seating for up to 25 with additional vignette seating areas located next to and overlooking our spacious concert green. The Rodney Strong Tasting Room is an ideal location for a private reception or the fun starting point for a two-part evening event, with wine and appetizers upstairs, followed by an intimate dinner in The Cellar Door.

At Rodney Strong Wines Estates, we are committed to hospitality, and our inviting Terrace area and sweeping Concert Green are the ideal venues for a small intimate gathering to a large scale, private party. The Terrace offers a perfect area for both a standing and/or seated reception with its long bar, shaded patio tables, chairs, and lounges, with a bubbling fountain providing subtle background music. The Terrace is adjacent to our lush concert green featuring additional picnic tables and chairs bordered by rows of fragrant, white rose bushes.
