2015 Rockaway Cabernet Sauvignon
“This is a textured and leathery red that offers spice, earth and robustly ripe fruit. Brick, tar, raspberry and currant flavors are seasoned in dried herb and tobacco, with firm tannins lending support.” - V.B.

2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“There’s a lot of wine here for the price, and it’s arguably the winery’s finest Reserve Cabernet ever. A relatively new addition to the blend is fruit from the mountainous Cooley Ranch north of Alexander Valley; astute matching of oak barrels to those intense grapes works beautifully. The wine is polished and structured, with succulent dark fruit and hints of fresh herbs and cocoa.”

2017 Sonoma County Chardonnay
"Brimming in aromas of peach and vanilla, this wine is complex and layered. Bright acidity boosts the rich elements of fruit and oak on the palate." - V. B.

2016 Estate Russian River Pinot Noir
"Bright in acidity and cradled moderate oak, this wine shows a crunchiness to the tannins and bright bursts of cranberry, pomegranate and orange peel flavors. Elements of baking spice dot the finish, contrasting well against the rich fruit." -V.B.

2015 Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon
“This single vineyard wine is 100% varietal and hails from a 141 acre hillside site. It’s lush and smooth with a velvety texture defined in blueberry toast, baked plum and dark chocolate. It offers plenty of robust body weight and powerful tannin.” -V.B.

2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“Smoky oak and firm, grippy tannins rise to the front of the palate in this reserve-tier wine. It is 100% varietal and sourced from multiple vineyards. This black fruit is complemented by cedar and dried herb atop a velvety smooth texture.” -V.B.

2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“Wonderfully refined, sumptuous and complex. Notes of dense ripe red fruits, generous blackcurrants and warm spice with cedar wood, tobacco, dark plum and chocolate. Powerful and rich yet with real elegance and finesse.”

2018 Charlotte's Home Sauvignon Blanc
“This crisp white is steely and bright in acidity. A core of pear, fig and mint shows a creaminess on the midpalate that remains balanced and fruit forward through the finish.” - V.B.

2016 Old Vines Zinfandel
"Delicious Zin! Fleshy, full bodied, smoothly textured, and very well balanced, with excellent depth of fruit (blackberry, cherry, boysenberry), and overtones of cedar, pepper, and oak. Long aftertaste. Great value. 98% Zin, 2% Syrah. Aged 18 months in 80% French and, 20% American oak barrels." - R.W.

2016 Russian River Pinot Noir
“Exceptional, and a terrific value: medium rich, full bodied, and finely flavored (raspberry, cherry, black tea, red currant, red licorice, toasty oak), this is a Pinot Noir with excellent balance and a very long finish. Can be aged a bit. Aged 21 months in French oak barrels, 35% new.” - R.W.

2018 Charlotte's Home Sauvignon Blanc
"This generous Sauvignon’s lemon pith flavors cut its passion-fruit sweetness. It’s creamy enough for chicken in a buttery caper sauce." - J.G.

2016 Chalk Hill Chardonnay
“...creamy, lush layers of baked apple and pear. Voluptuous in style, it provides a backbone of balanced acidity.”

2015 Alexander's Crown Cabernet Sauvignon
“The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander's Crown is a very pretty, nuanced wine. In this vintage, it is much more refined than it has been in the past, which is great to see. Bright floral notes, sweet red-toned fruit and silky tannins give the 2015 an air of classiness that is impossible to miss. If this is the direction these wines are headed in, the future at Rodney Strong is very bright.” - A.G.
