2016 Sonoma County Merlot
"The opening salvo has been fired at the Winemaker Challenge, and the shooter is no surprise, particularly when it comes to value for your dollar. This is a rich, expressive Merlot, with lively black cherry, balanced oak spice, supple tannin structure and a well-integrated finish that lasts. It's easy to find, and a pleasure to drink. Well done – again!" - R.C.

2018 Charlotte's Home Sauvignon Blanc
“This crisp white is steely and bright in acidity. A core of pear, fig and mint shows a creaminess on the midpalate that remains balanced and fruit forward through the finish.” - V.B.
2014 Symmetry Meritage, Alexander Valley
"Medium to medium-dark ruby; cedary, dark currant and blackberry fruit aroma with hints of dried herbs, mocha, and black olive... initially forward and rich with plummy, dark berry fruit flavors and hints of baking spices... medium-full to full tannin; lingering aftertaste. Shows some elegance and is drinkable now, though also worthy of a few more years of bottle aging."
2015 Rowen Red Wine Blend
"The 2015 ROWEN Red Blend is a lush and elegant Sonoma County wine consisting of wonderful high-elevation mountain fruit. The wine has aromas of black raspberries, cocoa and black pepper from the co-fermented Viognier. On the palate, the wine is balanced and structured from the Cabernet Sauvignon, with notes of blackberries, cassis, nutmeg and vanilla. Co-fermenting the Syrah with the Viognier is a classic Northern Rhone technique that adds an exotic floral element to the finished wine, as well as a rounder mouthfeel."
2016 Chalk Hill Chardonnay
“This is juicy and lusciously fruity, featuring roasted tropical fruit, apple pastry and pear tart flavors, with buttery and spicy accents on the vibrant finish.” - K.M.

"This is a blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 10% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec. Thick and viscous, it shows a wealth of full-bodied oak, tannin and tobacco flavors in tune with brambly black cherry and currant. Lifted acidity on the finish keeps it fresh in feel." -V.B.

2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
“There’s a lot of wine here for the price, and it’s arguably the winery’s finest Reserve Cabernet ever. A relatively new addition to the blend is fruit from the mountainous Cooley Ranch north of Alexander Valley; astute matching of oak barrels to those intense grapes works beautifully. The wine is polished and structured, with succulent dark fruit and hints of fresh herbs and cocoa.”
2017 Sonoma County Chardonnay
"Brimming in aromas of peach and vanilla, this wine is complex and layered. Bright acidity boosts the rich elements of fruit and oak on the palate." - V. B.
