Our Process
From intentional farming to passionate viticulture and cellaring, every person involved is dedicated to quality at every stage. Our process starts with crafting the highest luxury wines and their fruit weaves down through to each of our other wines. Cabernet from our iconic Cooley Ranch Vineyard is the backbone of our Reserve Cabernet but also comprises a large part of our Sonoma County Cabernet as we focus on making the highest quality wines every time.
A key component to our winemaking philosophy is our barrel story. Barrels are the finishing touch – they are used to add detail, polish, complexity and balance to our wines. Barrels represent the base of our carefully crafted wines from exceptional Sonoma County vineyards, adding that something extra that sets us apart from the rest.
