Respectful Behavior

To ensure a safe and celebratory environment for everyone, we kindly remind all guests to treat other guests, event staff, vendors, and the property team with the utmost respect. Any form of harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited. Guests who are disruptive, verbally abusive, or violent in any way will be asked to leave immediately.

No Solicitation Policy

To help ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all visitors, guests may not engage in any form of solicitation, commercial activity, or unauthorized promotion while on winery property. This includes, but is not limited to: selling or offering goods or services; distributing flyers, brochures, business cards, samples, or other promotional materials without prior written authorization; soliciting donations, signatures, memberships, or participation in any cause or campaign; and conducting surveys, interviews, photography, filming, or commercial content creation for promotional purposes without prior approval.

Guests who violate this policy will be asked to discontinue the activity immediately. Failure to comply, or repeated violations, will result in removal from the property without refund and may affect eligibility for future reservations or visits.

Photography, video and audio release

When you enter this event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.  By entering the event premises, you consent to [interviews, photography, audio recording, video recording], collectively “Content” and grant RSV the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any Content taken at the event, its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for [promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose] by RSV and its affiliates and representatives. Content may be used to promote other RSV events and brands. You agree that RSV has complete ownership of such Content and you will not receive any compensation for the use of such Content.

You release RSV, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of the Content, including any and all claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation or misuse of image, and/or defamation. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any Content taken by RSV or its agents. You represent that you are over the age of twenty-one (21) years and you have read the foregoing and understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

This agreement is made and entered into under the laws of the State of California and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of this state. No modification of this agreement shall be of any effect unless it is made in writing and signed by all of the parties to the agreement. If you do not consent to this release, please send a notice in writing to [email protected] stating your full name and email and that you would like to not be shown in any images.
