Grilled Ribeye Steak
Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 Ribeye Steak (around 14-16 oz in weight and 1 1/2 inches thick)
- Salt and cracked black pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnishing
Directions
Heat your grill to a very high heat
Season the steak on both sides with salt and pepper
Place the steak onto the hottest part of the grill and sear for about 3-4 minutes
Using tongs, turn the ribeye over and place it on an indirect heat part of the grill to finish cooking for another 3 minutes
For medium rare, the internal temperature should be between 130-135 degrees
Transfer the steak to a plate and cover with foil
Let rest for 4-5 minutes before slicing and garnishing with some chopped parsley if desired
