Spiced Sauvignon Blanc Elixir
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Rodney Strong Charlotte’s Home Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 Orange, Sliced
- 1 Pear, Sliced
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Star Anise Pod
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/4 cup Brandy (Optional for Depth)
- Sparkling Water to Finish
In a pitcher, combine Sauvignon Blanc, fruit slices, spices, and brandy. Chill for at least 2 hours to infuse. Serve over ice in wine glasses, topped with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a cinnamon stick.
