Rodney Strong Vineyards' 19th Annual KJZY Summer Concert Series

Ro dney Strong Vineyards and Omega Events present the 19th Annual Summer Concert Series. We’ll be celebrating Rodney Strong’s 50th Anniversary in style with breathtaking views, wine tasting and sizzling jazz! Surrounded by acres of beautiful vineyards, guests will be treated to some of the top performers in contemporary music while picnicking at the winery’s intimate concert venue, The Green.

In celebration of 50 Years making incredible wines, Rodney Strong Vineyards is proud to close it’s 19th Concert Season with an afternoon of timeless hits from Hall & Oates, including “Rich Girl,” “Maneater,” “Sara Smile,” “Kiss On My List,” and “One On One.”

The 2009 Season Pass includes four shows (August 22 excluded), and offers exclusive benefits such as the same reserved seat for all concerts, commemorative gifts and early announcements on future engagements. Rodney Strong Vineyards Wine Club members enjoy an exclusive reception before the shows and at intermission as well as $5.00 discount on each ticket price. Wine Club tickets must be purchased through Rodney Strong Vineyards by calling (866) 779-4637.

Change starts with us! Our Green on The Green recycling program will be in effect with recycling bins, water stations and wine glass recycling on premise.

Food, Drinks & Seating: Bring a picnic meal or enjoy the delicacies prepared by Lombardi’s BBQ. Non-glass, reusable wine glasses and reusable water bottles are welcome. An array of Rodney Strong wines will be available; no outside alcoholic beverages allowed. Low-back chairs (< 30 inches tall) or blankets are recommended for all open seating.

Parking: Parking is complimentary and attendants will point the way.

Weather: Guests are encouraged to bring hats, sunscreen, and, for the famous Russian River fog which usually arrives in the early evening, jackets and sweaters. Special event clothing items will be available for purchase at the show.
