May 21 will be a meat-lovers dream at the National Press Club's Fourth Estate restaurant.
Learn about Sonoma County wines and enjoy an educational multi-course Certified Angus Beef dinner with paired wines from Rodney Strong at the Fourth Estate restaurant on May 21.
The meal will feature beef-focused hors d'oeuvres including beef satay and flatiron steak. Four beef-themed courses include a soup, a grilled Certified Angus Hanger steak salad, a surf and turf course and the as a main dish, the King of Beef: A certified Angus Prime Rib.
Each course will be paired with an appropriate wine from Rodney Strong, a renowned Sonoma County winemaker whose bold reds are the perfect match for great beef.
